RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The provisions of this point apply exclusively to natural persons acting outside the scope of their profession, occupation or business, who buy, order, receive, use, use goods, as well as the recipient of commercial communications and offers related to the goods (hereinafter "Consumer").
Our private customers have the right to cancel the purchase without giving any reason within 15 days from the delivery of the order. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal prior to delivery, in the period between the date of conclusion of the contract and the day of receipt of the product.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, send a clear statement containing your intention to withdraw by email to our email address info@zebrano.hu . Please send your intention to cancel in writing to the given email address. In all cases, we will confirm your intention to cancel by email.
In case of cancellation, the Consumer must return the ordered product to our warehouse at the address below, in its original condition, no later than 15 days from the date of notification of cancellation. The deadline is considered to have been met if the Consumer sends the product (posts it or hands it over to the courier ordered by him) before the 15-day deadline expires.
ENFORCEMENT OF RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

According to the law, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product to our warehouse, but our company can waive this. We are unable to accept parcels returned by cash on delivery. Apart from the cost of returning the product (which our company can waive), you will not be charged any other costs in connection with the cancellation.
We will refund the full purchase price to you within 14 days after the returned product has arrived in our warehouse. Our company has the right to withhold the refund until the product has been returned or you have provided creditable proof that you have sent it back.
In any case, return the products affected by the cancellation to us in their original, undamaged factory packaging. We are not responsible for shipping damage caused by careless packaging. Products that require assembly can only be returned in their original packaging and in their pre-assembly condition. If depreciation occurs as a result of the use of the product, our company is entitled to reduce the refunded amount by the amount of the depreciation.
If a legal person enters into a contract with our Company, the Customer who is not a consumer does not have the right to cancel without reason.
You do not have a right of withdrawal for a non-pre-manufactured product that has been produced at your direction or at your express request, or for a product that has been clearly customized to your needs. Dining tables, chests of drawers, sideboards, armchairs, as well as all furniture are manufactured and purchased to order in each case. This range includes cut products such as wallpaper or curtains.
