Terms of delivery


You can see the delivery fee at the shopping cart before sending the order. 

We deliver your order with the help of well-known, reliable courier services in Hungary. The courier service will send you a notification about the expected date of delivery to the e-mail address provided and, in some cases, to the telephone number provided. Depending on the order, our company may take the ordered products home.

We try to minimize the delivery times, but our products always arrive on order from foreign suppliers, so the expected delivery time is 2-8 weeks after the order is confirmed. Delivery takes place within a maximum of 8 working days after the receipt of the products in our warehouse in Hungary. We reserve the right to pre-ship.

In all cases, delivery takes place during working hours, on the day specified by the courier service. In all cases, the courier service will send a prior notice of delivery to the contact details provided.

Delivery is always to the entrance, except in the case of individual agreements. In case of a demand for delivery to an apartment or a floor, please contact us in any case info@millaselection.eu email address or select EXTRA shipping methods.

We will provide the courier service with the necessary contact details so that they can agree with you on the date of delivery.

Some of our furniture is delivered in sheet-mounted condition. They are easy to assemble using the included guides and tools. Courier service staff does not perform assembly.

Upon receipt of the product, you must inspect the packaging of the product for damage. If you experience damage to the packaging, you may refuse to accept the order. By receiving the product from the courier or signing the document confirming the receipt, the quantity and quality of the product will be received. After that, you can only exercise your right of withdrawal, therefore after the departure of the person performing the delivery, the Operator will not accept any subsequent quantity or quality complaints.

If the packaging is damaged at the time of receipt and the damage occurred before the receipt of the order, the Operator shall provide the return or replacement of the product free of charge. The Operator is not liable for any damage detected after receipt!

Our company offers 2 optional delivery options:

- Order can be sent by courier service in all cases free. This method of delivery is offered by our system if the order items do not contain a large product (eg furniture or wall panel) or parquet.

- We carry out freight transport together with our partner company, so that valuable furniture can reach its destination in the safest possible way. Freight shipping over HUF 500,000 is free of charge, in the case of orders under HUF 500,000, we deliver large products (eg furniture, wall panels) to the whole country for a one - time amount of HUF 19,990.

The EXTRA delivery method can be purchased under the "services" menu item on our website, with which you can request the delivery or assembly of the furniture inside the apartment.
